Founded by a telecommunications professional with over 15 years of industry experience, we go beyond basic device instruction to teach people how to use technology confidently and safely. Our programs focus on real-world skills—understanding what users can control, recognizing risk, and applying clear, repeatable frameworks such as scam-prevention protocols and password best practices. We partner with activity directors, community organizations, and enterprise clients to deliver structured, accessible training that reduces vulnerability, builds confidence, and supports independent, secure use of modern mobile technology.     Our work spans major carriers, device manufacturers, and management roles within the industry, with direct experience supporting platforms such as Samsung and operating inside large carrier ecosystems.

Office Hours

$50/hour — Private One-on-One Tutoring
This tier is ideal for learning and confidence-building. Choose this if you want help understanding your device, setting up apps, learning features, or getting comfortable with everyday technology tasks. Sessions are patient, judgment-free, and focused on helping you understand how things work so you feel more in control going forward.

$50–$100/hour — Troubleshooting & Device Hygiene
This tier is for situations where something isn’t working as expected. It includes diagnosing issues, cleaning up apps and settings, improving performance, reviewing privacy and safety settings, and making sure your device is set up correctly. Pricing depends on how complex the issue turns out to be and how much hands-on work is required.

$100–$150/hour — Virus Removal, Device Cleanup & Digital Autopsy
Choose this tier if you suspect malware, account compromise, unexplained behavior, or repeated problems you can’t identify. This service goes beyond fixing the issue — it includes investigating what happened, securing accounts and devices, and clearly explaining what went wrong and how to prevent it in the future.

$150–$200/hour — Carrier Support & Advocacy Coaching
This tier is designed for carrier-related issues such as billing disputes, plan changes, service transfers, or confusing account problems. It includes preparation and coaching on what to say, understanding your options, and — if needed — real-time support while you’re on the call so you’re not navigating it alone.

Instead of reacting to pop-ups, updates, and confusing interfaces, you’ll understand what’s happening and why. This course helps you reduce mistakes, avoid scams, and operate online with calm, informed decision-making. By the end, you won’t just use technology—you’ll navigate it intelligently and independently.

$375/Full Course — Digital Fluency for Business
Digital Fluency for Business equips you and your team with the systems-level understanding needed to operate efficiently in a modern digital environment. Instead of relying on scattered habits and guesswork, you’ll implement clear workflows, organized communication, and consistent digital standards across your organization. This course reduces costly errors, tech friction, and downtime by teaching the logic behind the tools your business already uses. Your team will learn how to manage files, platforms, AI tools, and security practices with confidence and accountability. By the end, technology stops slowing your business down—and starts supporting structured, scalable growth.

$375/Full Course — Digital Agency - Social Media for Business
Digital Agency: Social Media for Business turns your online presence into a structured growth system instead of a guessing game. You’ll learn how to identify your audience, clarify your message, and build content that actually supports business goals—not just fills a posting calendar. This course teaches sustainable content workflows, platform strategy, and simple analytics so you know what’s working and why. Instead of outsourcing blindly or posting inconsistently, you’ll develop an internal system you can manage with confidence. By the end, your social media stops feeling chaotic and starts functioning like a deliberate, revenue-supporting asset.

Social Media

Coaching, strategy, and professional backup
$250–$500 per month

This level is designed for businesses managing their own social media but wanting expert oversight. You receive ongoing coaching, strategic direction, algorithm insight, and performance interpretation so you can make informed decisions with confidence. We provide clarity on what’s working, what isn’t, and why—without taking over your platforms.

This tier does not include content creation or posting on your behalf. It’s ideal for businesses that are already active but want to stop guessing and start operating strategically.

Content assembly, structure, and system-building
$500–$1,250 per month

This level supports businesses that have content but lack consistency or structure. In addition to everything included in Basic, we help organize, assemble, and align your content into a functional, repeatable system. We guide cadence, formatting, and cross-platform alignment so your presence feels intentional and cohesive.

You provide all content and copy. We shape, structure, and deploy it—but we do not write original copy at this level. This is for businesses that have the pieces and need help building the system.

Execution support + training, without dependency
$1,500–$2,500 per month

This level is for businesses that want consistent output while building long-term fluency. It includes everything in Basic and Standard, plus ongoing coaching, strategic planning, and managed posting support. EmpowerTech Academy handles posting—up to one post per business day, with a maximum of 20 posts per month—so your visibility remains consistent.

You maintain control of engagement, comments, and direct messages. We do not speak as you. The goal is sustained visibility paired with real understanding—not long-term reliance.
