Final pricing may adjust up or down depending on the actual scope of work, and any changes will always be explained before we proceed.

$50/hour — Private One-on-One Tutoring
This tier is ideal for learning and confidence-building. Choose this if you want help understanding your device, setting up apps, learning features, or getting comfortable with everyday technology tasks. Sessions are patient, judgment-free, and focused on helping you understand how things work so you feel more in control going forward.

$50–$100/hour — Troubleshooting & Device Hygiene
This tier is for situations where something isn’t working as expected. It includes diagnosing issues, cleaning up apps and settings, improving performance, reviewing privacy and safety settings, and making sure your device is set up correctly. Pricing depends on how complex the issue turns out to be and how much hands-on work is required.

$100–$150/hour — Virus Removal, Device Cleanup & Digital Autopsy
Choose this tier if you suspect malware, account compromise, unexplained behavior, or repeated problems you can’t identify. This service goes beyond fixing the issue — it includes investigating what happened, securing accounts and devices, and clearly explaining what went wrong and how to prevent it in the future.

$150–$200/hour — Carrier Support & Advocacy Coaching
This tier is designed for carrier-related issues such as billing disputes, plan changes, service transfers, or confusing account problems. It includes preparation and coaching on what to say, understanding your options, and — if needed — real-time support while you’re on the call so you’re not navigating it alone.
